Dr. Blake Clarke
Board-Certified Endodontist
Dr. Blake Clarke was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Saint Louis University, where he met his wife, before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. After dental school, he completed his specialty residency training in Endodontics at the University of Minnesota, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Clarke is Board Certified by the American Board of Endodontics, a distinction earned by fewer than 25% of endodontists. He is the first author of two publications in the Journal of Endodontics and has co-authored other published papers. He serves on the Resident & New Practitioner Committee for the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), reflecting his commitment to advancing the specialty through research, leadership, and professional service. Dr. Clarke's research has focused on the root canal microbiome, endodontic infections, and the clinical management of complex endodontic cases. This research informs his clinical approach to diagnosis and treatment planning to preserve natural teeth.
He now resides in St. Louis with his wife and their three dogs. He enjoys playing and watching hockey, traveling, spending time with his dogs, and trying new restaurants.
