  • We can process the claim with your insurance carrier

  • The range of insurance benefits usually falls between 30% -100%, depending on the plan. Most fall between 50%-80%.

Some dental plans base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by the insurance company. For this reason, you may receive a lower percentage of the reimbursement level indicated in your dental plan.

For example, if your plan states that it will pay 80% of the cost of dental treatment, it means that 80% of the fee arbitrarily determined by your insurance company, and not the actual fee charged by our office.

​

If you are assigning benefits to our office, our staff will be asking you for the particulars of your insurance to help determine an estimate of how much your portion will be prior to treatment.

After we have received payment from your insurance company, we will bill any outstanding balance or issue a refund to you.

​

The financial obligation for your dental treatment is between you and our office. Your insurance company is responsible to you and not our office.
